1. Order Processing Schedule
All paid orders enter warehouse processing within 2–4 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and official public holidays are excluded from business days and will not be counted in processing time. Pre-order items will display independent production & dispatch timelines on respective product pages.
2. Regional Delivery Estimates
Standard international shipping delivery windows (calculated after warehouse dispatch):
- United States mainland: 8–16 business days
- UK, Canada, Australia: 9–19 business days
- All EU member states: 11–24 business days
Delivery durations are estimated reference values; delays may occur due to customs inspection, local courier backlog or extreme weather, which are not within our controllable scope.
3. Shipping Fee Calculation & Free Shipping Rules
Shipping cost is automatically generated at checkout based on package weight, size and receiving region. Free shipping benefit only applies to orders that meet the clear minimum spending threshold labeled on homepage or product banners. No undisclosed delivery surcharges will be charged post-payment.
4. Customs Charges & Import Tax Statement
All import duties, consumption taxes and customs clearance fees generated upon package arrival are borne solely by the buyer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category in line with international logistics regulations and cannot cover any customs-related expenses for buyers.
5. Package Tracking Service
Once the parcel departs our warehouse, a unique tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can track logistics progress at any time via the link. If tracking information stays unchanged for over 8 consecutive days, please submit a support ticket for logistics investigation.
6. Undeliverable & Refused Parcels
Parcels returned to warehouse due to recipient refusal, expired pickup or invalid address will generate return freight costs borne by the buyer. If you require re-delivery after package return, all secondary shipping fees shall be paid by you. If you choose full refund after goods return, original outbound delivery fees will not be reimbursed.
7. Shipping Exclusion Zones
We do not deliver to PO boxes, military restricted areas, embargoed regions and territories restricted by international trade agreements. Logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such shipments.
