Terms of Service

1. Overview & Acceptance

All website browsing, product viewing and order placement activities are governed by this Terms of Service, Shipping Terms and Return & Exchange Policy. By completing checkout, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules herein. We reserve the right to revise policy content without prior individual notice; updated versions will be posted on our legal page, and continued shopping constitutes acceptance of revised rules.

2. Buyer Qualification

Only users who have reached the legal adult age in their resident region may place orders. All shipping address, contact information and payment credentials submitted must be authentic and verifiable. We hold the right to suspend or cancel orders with fake identity, invalid address or fraudulent payment information without prior notification.

3. Product, Price & Promotion Rules

  1. All product parameters, pictures and descriptions are described to match actual goods. Minor color deviation caused by monitor difference is not classified as product defect.
  2. All final settlement prices shown on checkout page include commodity cost; shipping fees, import tax and customs duty are separately calculated and clearly displayed before payment confirmation. No hidden extra charges will be added after order payment.
  3. Limited-time discounts, bundle offers and clearance promotions are only valid within the marked activity cycle. We retain the right to correct obvious price typo errors and will not be obligated to fulfill orders generated under misprinted prices.

4. Payment & Transaction Security

We only support official encrypted third-party payment channels displayed on our checkout page. Our team will never contact customers to request off-site transfer, cash payment or private remittance. All transaction records are fully traceable for consumer protection.

5. User Prohibited Behaviors

Visitors and buyers shall not perform the following acts:
  • Place malicious bulk orders, fake test orders or fraudulent transactions;
  • Copy, reproduce, modify or commercially use our site images, copywriting and graphic design without written authorization;
  • Deploy crawlers, auto-bots or script tools to scan data, disrupt website operation or interfere with normal order processing;
  • Leave malicious, false, defamatory or infringing reviews on product pages.

6. Order Cancellation Rights

We are authorized to cancel orders and issue full original-path refunds under these circumstances:
  • Goods permanently out of stock and unable to restock within the stated shipment cycle;
  • Recipient address undeliverable, invalid or incomplete with no response after customer follow-up;
  • Payment marked high-risk or fraudulent by payment service providers;
  • Any violation of this Terms of Service by the purchaser.

    Refunds will be processed within 4–8 business days after order cancellation confirmation.

7. Liability Restrictions

Our maximum compensation liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order. We are not responsible for consequential losses including work loss, travel expense or business revenue loss caused by delayed delivery, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require compensation.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any shopping disputes shall first be resolved via customer support communication. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable to the delivery destination country.
